Why does the LED (red light) not blink when you press a key on the One-For-All URC6131?	Replace batteries with two new AA alkaline batteries.
Why does the LED blink when you press a key, but home entertainment device does not respond on the One-For-All URC6131?	Make sure the remote control is aimed at your home entertainment device and is not farther than 15 feet away.
Why does the One-For-All URC6131 not control home entertainment devices or the commands are not working properly?	Try all listed codes for the device brands being set up.Make sure they can be operated with an infrared remote control.
Why does the DVD/VCR Combo does not respond properly when using the One-For-All URC6131?	Use the VCR codes for your brand. Some combo units may require both a DVD code and a VCR code for full operation.
What do I do if changing channels does not work properly using the One-For-All URC6131?	If the original remote control required pressing ENTER to change channels, then press ENTER on the remote control after entering the channel number.

Clear the device key as follows: Press and hold SET until the LED (red light) blinks twice, then release. Next enter 9 - 9 - 2.
