Getting Started with the RCA RC117 Clock Radio

Before you Begin 

Plugging in for power:

• Connect the supplied power adaptor to the unit’s Power jack, and connect the other end to a convenient wall outlet.
• Once connected with power, the clock fl ashes. Refer to the Clock section for instructions on properly setting the Clock.

General Controls

Top view (when cover is removed):

• 2.1 A / - To charge your cell phones or tablet via the USB connectors
• AUX IN - Auxiliary input jack

Rear view:

• DC 5V - Plug in for power.

Top view:

• RADIO • AUX IN/ON - Turn on the radio; switch to AUX mode
• WAKE 1/RECALL - Set Wake 1; recall a stored radio station
• WAKE 2/STORE - Set Wake 2; store a radio station
• SET - Enter Wake 1/Wake 2 setting mode and clock setting mode
• SNOOZE/SLEEP - Turn off the wake function momentarily (9 minutes); turn off the current sleep timer; activate sleep function
• CLOCK • TUNING / - Adjust clock time; select radio frequencies
• -VOLUME+/ BRIGHTNESS - Adjust volume; adjust or turn off display brightness
• OFF - Turn the unit off
