We have heard from a few customers about their Bluetooth connection not staying connected. If you are experiencing this, please perform the following steps:
First go into your Bluetooth settings on your mobile device.
Next tap to bring up the options for that device, i(iOS) or the gear(Android).
Now you will want to Forget or Remove that device.
Then turn off Bluetooth, then start Bluetooth up again.
Last, go back into the 360fly app and setup the device.
