Occasionally, the first time you try to play your 360fly videos on an iOS device, you might receive an error message saying: "The requested URL was not found on this server."
Below is a screenshot of the error message. This could occur after you complete a recording on your camera and attempt to play it back in the app while the video is still on your 360fly camera.
To resolve this, first, simply close the app.
Next, power cycle your 360fly camera and relaunch the 360fly app on your iOS device.
Last, make sure your 360fly camera reconnects to your iOS device and go back to that same video and attempt to play it. The video should now playback without issue. This should not happen often, but we have seen it happen when the camera goes unused for an extended period of time.
