Why is the display on my RP5600 blinking?	The clock time blinks if it is not set or after power interruption (without back-up battery installed). When AC power is interrupted (disconnected) for a short period of time, both time and alarm settings will change (unless batteries are installed). After AC power is restored (reconnected), the Digital Display will blink to indicate that power was interrupted and you should re-adjust the time and alarm settings.
Is the RP5600 considered an "Atomic" clock?	No, it is not an atomic clock.
Can I disable the Grad-U-Wake feature on the RP5600?	No the Grad-U-Wake feature cannot be disabled.
How do I turn off the nap function?	Press and hold NAP until no icon shows on the display.
Why does the RP5600 seem to be showing military time or 24 hour clock format?	This model does not support 24-hour format. It might have taken a static or voltage shock. To resolve this issue: Unplug the unit and remove the batteries. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes and then install fresh batteries. Plug the unit back in and reset the time manually.
