Firmware Update/Restore Utility for the RCA EZ219, EZ219-A Camcorder:

1. Click Here to go to the RCA Downloads page.
2. Once there, please select your model of RCA Camcorder.
3. Click on the Firmware Update/Restore Utility link to download.
4. Select “run” and follow the installation instructions.

Note: This firmware will only work on Windows XP or Windows Vista.
