How do I turn my VOD108 Mobile DVD Player on or off?		Push in the Screen Release button to unlock the LCD screen and it will drop down slightly. Pivot the screen downward until a comfortable viewing angle is reached. The hinge friction will hold the screen in position while the system is in use. Press the Power button on the unit or the remote control to turn the system on or off. When in use the internal backlighting will illuminate the controls. Remember to turn the unit off and pivot the LCD screen to the locked position when not in use.
What are the different source features for my VOD108 Mobile DVD Player?		DVD: The DVD input may be selected to operate in DVD mode and watch DVD's. To access the DVD input, turn the VOD108 on and press the remote control until "DVD" is displayed on the screen. AV1: The AV1 input may be connected to a Video Cassette Player (VCP), video game system, or other audio / video devices. To access the AV1 inputs, turn the VOD108 on and press the DVD/AUX button on the remote control until "AV1" is displayed on the screen. Turn the video source component on with its power button or remote control. The VOD108 is now ready to play the audio and video signals from the source connected to AV1 input (optional accessory cable part number 8010730 required). AUX: The VOD108 will accept audio / video input through the AUX input located on the rear of the unit. The audio / video device could be a video game system, video camera, or other input device. Game: Press the units Source button until the screen displays GAMES. The GAME selection is controlled by wireless game controller.
What type of discs will my VOD108 Mobile DVD Player play?		DVD* disc - DVD discs which contain video. Audio discs - Audio CDs contain musical or sound content only. MP3 discs - A disc that contains audio files (for example, a CD-R with downloaded MP3 files). This system is capable of playing most recordable DVD formats. However, due to the variety of disc manufacturers and software, playback cannot be guaranteed.
How do I load and play a disc on my VOD108 Mobile DVD Player?		Press the Power button to turn the unit ON. Select DVD mode Insert the disc (label facing up) into the disc compartment. Playback will start automatically. Press the press button to open the LCD Screen.
Can I use wireless headphones with my VOD108 Mobile DVD Player?		Optional wired Headphones may be used. Connect the headphones to the Headphone Jack on the Left side of the unit. Optional wireless Headphones can also be used. (NOTE: AV2 requires the use of the supplied AV adapter cable.)
What does regional coding mean on my VOD108 Mobile DVD Player?		Both the DVD player and DVD's are coded by region. These regional codes must match in order for the discs to play. If the codes don't match, the DVD won't play. This unit's code is region 1. Other regional codes cannot be played in this unit. The unit will display "WRONG REGION".
How do I play MP3 discs on my VOD108 Mobile DVD Player?		This player can play CD-R/RW discs that contain music MP3 files. When a MP3 disc is inserted into the player, the menu screen appears automatically. You can use the menu screen to select the folders and tracks you want, or the player plays the track in the order they were burned onto the disc. To select the folders and tracks you want: Press the up or down button on the remote control to select a folder from the list, then press OK. The screen displays the tracks in the folder you selected. Press the up or down button on the remote control to select a song, then press OK to play the song. Press the next button to move to the next song or press the previous button to move to the previous song. To repeat a file or folder of an MP3 disc: During MP3 playback, press the REPEAT button to cycle through the available settings (Repeat One, Repeat Folder, Repeat Off)
How do you get a DVD to restart at the point you stopped at before turning off the car when using with my VOD108 Mobile DVD Player?		Upon installation, make sure that the "constant" power wire is connected to the battery, this will allow the overhead or headrest system to retain minimal power so that the memory will remember at what point the DVD was stopped.
How do I use the wireless game controller on my VOD108 Mobile DVD Player?		The game controller transmits to the unit with two infrared transmitters located on the front of the Game Controller. The Game Controller must be pointed toward the unit for correct operation. Press the source button on the remote control or the unit until the GAME OSD is displayed. Install two AAA batteries into the Game Controller. Use the On/Off selector switch to turn on the Game Controller. A list of ten games will be displayed. Use the A button or B button to display the three pages of games. Then use the direction buttons to move the arrow to the desired game. Press Start to select the game. Press Reset to return to the game menu. Use the On/Off selector switch to turn off the Game Controller after use.
