SiriusXM SATELLITE RADIO SCREEN (if Equipped)
NOTE: Please use Jensen XMDirect2 Connection Cable Model CNPJEN1 and Jensen XMDirect2 Vehicle Tuner Model CNP2000UCA.

- MENU Icon: Press this icon to return to the Main Menu Screen.
- Antenna Indicator: As the strength of the satellite radio signal increases, the number of illuminated segments increases.
- Information Display: Displays XM channel, category, title, and artist information.
- Channel Icon: Press the Previous icon to tune to the previous channel. Press the Next icon to tune to the next channel.
- Category Icon: Categories group music by type such as jazz, rock, classical, etc. Press the Previous icon to display the previous channel within the currently selected category. Press the Next icon to display the next channel within the currently selected category.
- Preset Icons: Presets consist of channels that were stored into memory. Press a preset icon to tune to a preset channel. The radio can store eighteen XM presets. To store a preset:

- Select a channel.
- Press and hold a preset icon. After approximately two seconds, the channel name will appear on the icon, indicating that the currently playing channel is now set into that preset memory position.
- Status Indicator: Displays XM Satellite Radio status information.
- Band Icon: Only six preset icons will display at a time. Press this icon to display the next six preset icons.
- Scan Icon: Press this icon to scan for the next available channel. The unit will pause for approximately four seconds at that channel. Press Scan again to listen to that channel. If Scan is not pressed, the unit will automatically seek the next channel.
- Direct Entry Icon: Press this icon to access the XM Radio Direct Entry Screen.
SiriusXM RADIO DIRECT ENTRY SCREEN: When the Direct Entry icon is pressed, a keyboard appears. You can enter a number corresponding to a desired XM channel using the numeric keypad. Once the desired XM channel is entered, press the Enter icon and the unit will tune to the XM channel. Press the Clear icon to clear the keypad display.
- Back Icon: Press this icon to return to the XM Satellite Radio Screen.
- Channel Guide Icon: Press this icon to access the Channel Guide Screen.
CHANNEL GUIDE SCREEN: When the Channel Guide icon is pressed, a channel list appears. Press a channel in the list boxes to tune to that channel. Press the Scroll Down icon to view the next page or the Scroll Up icon to view the previous page.
- Back Icon: Press this icon to return to the XM Satellite Radio Screen.
- CH Icon: Press this icon to display a listing of available channels.
- Cat Icon: Press this icon to view a listing of available categories.
- Prev Icon: Press this icon to access the previous page of the list.
- Next Icon: Press this icon to access the next page of the list.
CATEGORY SCREEN: When the Category icon is pressed, a category list appears. Press a category in the list boxes to view the channels within a category, then press a channel in the list boxes to tune to that channel. Press the Scroll Down icon to view the next page or the Scroll Up icon to view the previous page.
- Back Icon: Press this icon to return to the SiriusXMR Satellite Radio Screen.
- Channel Icon: Press this icon to display a listing of available channels.
- Category Icon: Press this icon to view a listing of available categories.
- Prev Icon: Press this icon to access the previous page of the list.
- Next Icon: Press this icon to access the next page of the list.
SiriusXM® MATURE CHANNEL LOCK: SiriusXM® attaches a label to channels with adult content. The radio recognizes these channels as “Mature”. The SiriusXM® MATURE CHANNEL LOCK option allows you to lock out channels with “Mature” labels. These channels will still appear in the channel listing (with a lock symbol), but will not be tunable unless the parental lockout is correctly entered.
To lock mature channels:
- Press the front panel MENU button or touch screen Menu icon to view the Main Menu screen.
- Press the Settings icon. The First Settings screen appears.
- Press the Next icon. A Second Settings screen appears.
- Press the Next icon. A Third Settings screen appears.
- Press the SXM MATURE CHANNEL LOCK - ON icon. You will be asked to enter your password.
- Enter the 6-digit password then press the Enter icon. The mature channels are now locked.
To temporarily unlock a mature channel:
- Tune to a mature channel. If the channel is locked, the following screen appears.
- Enter the 6-digit password then press the Enter. The channel is now temporarily unlocked until the next key cycle.
To unlock all mature channels:
- Press the front panel MENU button or touch screen Menu icon to view the Main Menu screen.
- Press the Settings icon. The First Settings screen appears.
- Press the Next icon. A Second Settings screen appears.
- Press the Next icon. A Third Settings screen appears.
- Press the SXM MATURE CHANNEL LOCK Off icon. You will be asked to enter your password.
- Enter the 6-digit password then press the Enter icon. The mature channels are now unlocked.
To change the password:
- Press the front panel MENU button or touch screen Menu icon to view the Main Menu screen.
- Press the Settings icon. The First Settings screen appears.
- Press the Next icon. A Second Settings screen appears.
- Press the Next icon. A Third Settings screen appears.
- Press the SXM Passcode Set - Set icon. You will be asked to enter your password. NOTE: The initial password is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Enter the current 6-digit password (or default 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 password) then press the Enter icon. You will be asked to enter your new password.
- Enter the new 6-digit password then press the Enter icon. You will be asked to enter the new password again.
- Re-enter the new 6-digit password then press the Enter icon. The new password is set. NOTE: The “Master password” is 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6. If you lose or forget your custom password, use this code to change a password. This password is always active even after you have selected your own password and changed it. To avoid the possibility of others using this password, record it in another area and delete it from this manual.
ACTIVATING SiriusXM® RADIO: SiriusXM® Satellite Radio operation requires the connection of an optional tuner and antenna (sold separately).
To connect the tuner, follow the instructions provided with the tuner.
To listen to SiriusXM® Satellite Radio, a subscription is required.

Activate the tuner using one of the two methods below:
- Online: Go to www.siriusxm.com and choose ACTIVATE RADIO
- Phone: Call 1-866-635-2349
- Activation typically takes 10-15 minutes, but may take up to an hour. It is recommended to leave your vehicle on until the “Subscription Updated” message appears.
Locating and Identifying the SiriusXM® Radio ID: To subscribe to the SiriusXM® Satellite Radio service, it is necessary to locate and identify the Radio ID of your SiriusXM® Vehicle Connect Tuner. The Radio ID consists of eight alphanumeric characters and can be found on the bottom of your SiriusXM® Vehicle Connect Tuner or can be displayed when selecting Channel 0 by following the steps below:
- Enter the SiriusXM® Radio Direct Entry Screen.
- Using the keyboard, press zero and then press the Enter icon. The CH000 row will display “RADIO ID” and the Artist row will display the SiriusXM® Tuner ID number. Note: The Radio ID does not include the letters I, O, S or F.
- To cancel the ID number display, select a channel other than “0”.

Check SXM Antenna |
The SiriusXM® Satellite Radio antenna or cable is either damaged or not connected correctly to the SiriusXM Tuner.
Check that the SiriusXM® antenna cable is connected to the SiriusXM®Tuner and check that the antenna cable is not kinked or otherwise damaged. Replace the antenna if necessary.

Check SXM Tuner |
The SiriusXM® Tuner is disconnected or the unit is having trouble communicating with the Tuner.
Connect the Tuner or check the Tuner connection on the rear of the unit.

Note: The unit will revert to the previous selected channel or to channel 1 automatically. Visit www.siriusxm.com for information on subscribing to this channel.

PANDORA SCREEN

You can access Pandora Radio via your iPhone®.
NOTE: Your iPhone® must be connected to the Media Link using the iPhone adapter cable that comes with your iPhone® or is available separately. The Pandora app must be installed on your iPhone®.
- Back Icon: Press this icon to return to the iPod® Screen.
- Mute Indicator: This indicator is displayed when the volume is muted.
- Time Display: This indicator displays the time as entered by the user in the Settings Menu.
- Song Icon: Press this icon to bookmark a song.
- Artist Icon: Press this icon to bookmark an artist.
- EQ - Equalizer Icon: Press this icon to access the equalizer controls.
- Audio Icon: Press this icon to access the audio controls.
- Playback Information Display: Displays station, track, artist, album, and elapsed time information.
- Pandora Preview Window: Displays album art, if available.
- Mute Icon: Press this icon to mute the audio output of the unit. The mute indicator will appear. Press this icon again to unmute the volume. The mute indicator disappears.
- Station List Icon: Press this icon to access the Station List Screen.
- Play/Pause Icon: Press this icon to begin playback. Press this icon again to pause playback.
- Next Icon: Press this icon skip a song, subject to the skip limit.
- Thumbs Down Icon: Press this icon to tell Pandora to not play this track. Pandora will skip to the next track. If the skip limit has been reached, Pandora will continue to play but your feedback will be recorded.
- Thumbs Up Icon: Press this icon to tell Pandora “you like this track” and bring in more tracks like it to your station.
STATION LIST SCREEN: The Station List Screen allows you to search for music by stations you created. Press a list box item to choose a station. Press the Scroll Down icon to view the next page in the menu list or the Scroll Up icon to view the previous page.
- Back Icon: Press this icon to return to the Pandora Screen.
- Mute Indicator: This indicator is displayed when the volume is muted.
- Time Display: This indicator displays the time as entered by the user in the Settings Menu.
- By Date Icon: Press this icon sort the station list by date created.
- A-Z Icon: Press this icon sort the station list in alphabetical order.
TO LAUNCH/STOP PANDORA RADIO:
- Launch the Pandora app on your iPhone®. The Pandora icon appears on the Main Menu Screen.
- Press the Pandora icon. The Pandora Screen appears.
- Press the icon to begin playback.
- Press the Back Icon to exit Pandora and return to the iPod® Screen.
- Press the Pandora icon to return to Pandora Radio.
Note: When you exit Pandora and return to music stored on the iPod®, you must select “Search”, then select a song/playlist/artist etc, on the iPod® to begin playback of iPod® music. This is due to a limitation in the way the Apple device interacts with the Pandora app. A future release of Pandora may address this issue.
