Why is the iPod source not available in the main menu, with my AMP403 unit?	IPod cable not connected or its a bad cable, check the cable.
Why won't my iPod charge when connected to my AMP403?	Newer iPod devices require 5 volt charging please use jLink3 cable Note: The jlink3 cable not compatible with 11 series head units
Can I connect my iPod to the USB port on my AMP403 head unit?	Yes, on selected modes you can connect your IPod to the USB port
Why does my iPod lock up occasionally when connected to my AMP403 head unit?	The iPod may need firmware update. Please see the Apple website and follow instructions for your iPod to check and/or update your firmware
Why can't I see the iPod sources in the main menu of my AMP403 head unit?	The iPod cable is not connected or the cable is bad Try checking the connection from the cable to the head unit Try another cable

Why won't my AMP403 head unit play MP3 / WMA files on the DVD I burned?	The disk-at-once was not selected while burning the disk. Insure disk at once is selected well burring DVD's. In addition, insure DVD is closed after burning.
Why won't MP3 / WMA file play in my AMP403 head unit with the CD-R I burned?	The session was not finalized, ensure session is finalized.
