Troubleshooting the Audiovox IPD2FM iPod Rear Seat Entertainment Mount

Problem: The Protective Case does not fit into the Mounting Arm.

Cause: 

• Red Switch is not unlocked when you are inserting the Protective Case into the Universal Seatback Dock.
• Universal Seatback Dock is upside down.

Solution:

• Hold Red Switch in UNLOCK position.
• Repeat installation steps again.

Problem: The iPad can not be charged

Cause: Power supply is notproperly connected.

Solution: Use the Vehicle DC Power Adapter for in-car application, use the Home AC/DC Power Adapter at home.
