- Subwoofer out of phase, Reverse subwoofer phase
- Subwoofer level too low (radio) , Increase level at radio
- Subwoofer level too low (Amp) ,Increase level at amp

Why do I get an error message on my AMP403 head unit that says "Please insert SD card"? |
- Possible corrupt SD card data, Reload SD card with map data
- If using a Navigation Unit it may need a software update to correct this issue ,Update software on your navigation unit

Why can't I view photo or video media on my AMP403 head units TFT screen? |
- Photo / video cannot be viewed while vehicle is in motion, The vehicle must be parked and the brake wire connected properly
- Newer devices require the jlink2 or jlink3 to view photos / videos,Use jlink2 or jlink3 cable
- Another possibility: There is an unsupported format being used, try playing a supported format.

- Not all phones are supported by our Bluetooth solutions. This is an industry wide problem and not limited to our products.

- The blue power antenna lead is connected to amp turn on lead. Use blue / white wire for amp turn on lead.

Why do the HD channels have static on my AMP403 head unit? |
- The head unit is switching between digital and analog signal. The HD technology is slightly different from conventional analog radio. You will audible hear the tuner switching from digital to analog tuning. this is not a problem, but the way the tuner works.

- The speakers are damaged or defective, try checking speakers.

- The PBC is turned on, turn PBC off.

- The frequency spacing can be changed in the setup menu.
- Select the "tuning options".
- Set to tune other frequencies.

Battery and ignition wires were not connected properly,
Connect wires or confirm connection of wires is as follows:
- Yellow wire = Battery
- Red wire = ACC / ignition
Ignition wire not connected properly,
- Red wire = ACC / Ignition
- DO NOT CONNECT RED WIRE TO A CONSTANT HOT WIRE

Why is there a long delay when I turn off the voice prompts on my AMP403 head units navigation system? |
- This is normal. If the navigation is in the middle of a maneuver, it will complete the maneuver and then release the audio path.
