Status of a repair

You may check the status of your repair by calling our Service Order line at 1-800-645-4994, followed by option 1. 

IMPORTANT!! Please make sure that you have your 6 digit service order number available at the time of inquiry. This number would have been given to you when you submitted your unit for repair. It consists of one letter such as S or P followed by 6 digits, for example S123456.
