How do I turn my VOD100 Mobile DVD Player on or off?		Pushing in the Screen Release button will unlock the LCD screen and it will drop down slightly. Pivot the screen downward until a comfortable viewing angle is reached. The hinge friction will hold the screen in position while the system is in use. Pressing the power button* on the unit or the remote control will turn the system on and off. When in use the internal backlighting will illuminate the controls. After the unit has been turned on and is displaying a picture, adjust the viewing angle, by pivoting the screen to optimize the picture quality. Remember to turn the unit off and pivot the LCD to the locked position when not in use.
What are the different source features for my VOD100 Mobile DVD Player?		AV1: The AV1 input may be connected to a Video Cassette Player (VCP), video game system, or other audio / video devices. To access the AV1 inputs, turn the VOD100 on and press the S (source) button on the VOD100 or the Source button on the remote control until "AV1" is displayed on the screen. Turn the video source component on with its power button or remote control. The VOD100 is now ready to play the audio and video signals from the source connected to AV1 input (optional accessory cable part number 8010730 required). AV Out: The VOD100 provides an AV output for optional video monitor(s). This output will provide the AV signals that duplicate the picture/audio being processed by the VOD100 to an additional monitor or video display. Please see your installer for more information. AUX: The VOD100 will accept an audio / video input through the 3 RCA jacks located on the rear of the unit. The audio / video device could be a video game system, video camera, or other input device.
What type of discs will my VOD100 Mobile DVD Player play?		DVD* disc - DVD discs which contain video. Audio discs - Audio CDs contain musical or sound content only. MP3 discs - A disc that contains audio files (for example, a CD-R with downloaded MP3 files). This system is capable of playing most recordable DVD formats. However, due to the variety of disc manufacturers and software, playback cannot be guaranteed.
How do I load and play a disc on my VOD100 Mobile DVD Player?		Press the Power button to turn the unit ON. Select DVD mode Insert the disc (label towards driver) into the disc compartment.
How do I play MP3 CD's on my VOD100 Mobile DVD Player?		This player can play CD-R/RW discs that contain music MP3 files. When a MP3 disc is inserted into the player, the menu screen appears automatically. You can use the menu screen to select the folders and tracks you want, or the player plays the track in the order they were burned onto the disc. To select the folders and tracks you want: Press DISPLAY on the remote control. The list of files and folders opens. Press the up or down button on the remote control to select a folder from the list, then press ENTER. The screen displays the tracks in the folder you selected. Press the up or down button on the remote control to select a song, then press ENTER to play the song. Press the next button to move to the next song or press the previous button to move to the previous song. Press the < button to go to the previous folder or to page up, or press the > button to page down. To repeat a file or folder of an MP3 disc: During MP3 playback, press the REPEAT button to cycle through the available settings (Repeat Single, Repeat Folder, Repeat all, Repeat off)
How do I replace the batteries in the remote that goes with my VOD100 Mobile DVD Player?		Turn the Remote Control face down. Using your finger, slide the battery cover off in the direction of the arrow. Install Two "AAA" batteries. Make sure that proper polarity (+ or -) is observed. Align the cover tabs with the remote control and slide the cover until it locks.
How do you get a DVD to restart at the point you stopped at before turning off the car when using with my VOD100 Mobile DVD Player?		Upon installation, make sure that the "constant" power wire is connected to the battery, this will allow the overhead or headrest system to retain minimal power so that the memory will remember at what point the DVD was stopped.
How do I play a video game on my VOD100 Mobile DVD Player?		Change the source by pressing the DVD/AV1/AV2 button on the remote. Connect the A/V output from your game system to the RCA input (AV1). Adjust the volume and picture for individual preference.
