TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD (if you know it)
Then click the Your Account Tab
Then click the Change Your Password link
Your old password will show as ....... , now Enter and Confirm your new password, then click submit
RECOVER A FORGOTTEN OR LOST PASSWORD
Click on the Your Account Tab
You will be taken to the Login Page - where you click on
"forgot your username or password"
You will be taken to the Account Assistance Page - where you will enter your email (must be the same one used when you set up your support account) and then you will click Email me my password
You will then see this message
Our system will send you an email that you will use to perform the password reset - CHECK ANY SPAM FOLDERS you have!
If you are sure you are using the original e-mail address you used in the past you may be typing the password incorrectly.
We cannot retrieve a customers password due to security measures in place to protect your identity, you have to use the email me my password or reset password option.
